Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas, Indian Wells

I visited the hotel for a short stay and while the entrance was stunning with lush palm trees, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. There was no lounge available despite my request, and the restaurant was closed for my entire visit, forcing me to settle for bar food that wasn’t available until the evening. I also encountered issues with the spa facilities, which could definitely use improvements. On the positive side, the pool area had bike rentals, which were convenient and fun.

I had an incredible time at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells! The spacious rooms and picturesque pools made for a fantastic getaway. The attentive staff truly went above and beyond for our anniversary, but I did notice that my experience with breakfast service wasn't up to par during my friend's stay, and housekeeping had some room for improvement. Overall, it was still a wonderful time.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, I encountered some significant issues with the air conditioning and check-in process. The spa services were undoubtedly the highlight of my stay, offering an exceptional experience. However, the overall setup fell short of my expectations for a luxury hotel, especially given the price tag.

While the hotel has some lovely amenities and offers a relaxing environment, my experience was somewhat marred by a few issues. Service at the pool was a bit slow, and we encountered noisy neighbors that disrupted our peaceful stay. However, the spa services were excellent and the adult-only pool area provided a nice escape.

I had a mostly positive experience at this hotel, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a nicely updated room, and enjoyable pool areas. However, the hidden fees and an odd room layout were notable downsides. The impending construction for pool expansion could potentially impact future stays, so that's worth considering.
